This website is operated by Artistic Dreamer Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artistic Dreamer Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All artworks sold by Artistic Dreamer Studio are original handmade pieces unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered and to discontinue any product at any time.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Artistic Dreamer Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the handmade and original nature of the artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Artistic Dreamer Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Artistic Dreamer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to ensure all information on this site is accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or services.
