Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my handmade art. Each artwork is created with care, intention, and attention to detail.

Order Cancellation (24 Hours)  
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation and packaging may have already begun.

To request a cancellation, please email artisticdreamerstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Original Artwork – Returns  
Due to the handmade and original nature of the artwork, all original artwork sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or subjective expectations. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will assist if there is a genuine issue.

Print Quality Guarantee (if applicable)  
If you purchase an art print and it arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Minor color differences between screen display and print are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged Items During Shipping  
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number  
• Photos of the artwork  
• Photos of the packaging  

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork  
Custom and commissioned artwork may require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is requested before the design or creation process has started.

Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable due to the time and effort invested.

Final commissioned artwork is non-refundable once completed and delivered.

Lost Packages  
Artistic Dreamer Studio is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in filing a claim where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
