Thank you for shopping with Artistic Dreamer Studio. Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Within Canada  
We currently ship within Canada using trusted shipping carriers such as Canada Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate, depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time:  
• Alberta: 1–3 business days  
• Other provinces: 3–8 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Delivery (Edmonton)  
Free local delivery may be available within Edmonton and nearby areas. If eligible, this option will appear at checkout. We will contact you via email to arrange delivery time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping Address Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Artistic Dreamer Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artisticdreamerstudio@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

Artistic Dreamer Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing claims when possible.
